How and when do I receive my e-ticket?

All tickets are electronic (e-tickets) and physical tickets on paper no longer exist. Normally we will send you an e-ticket receipt by e-mail when your e-tickets have been issued. Should you not receive such an e-mail you should always check your online itinerary at www.tripcase.com where you also have access to your e-ticket details.

 

If you bought your ticket from one of our stores, the ticket will be issued as agreed with you. If you bought your ticket online it will normally be issued automatically within one hour from you finalized your payment.

In rare cases the tickets cannot be issued automatically and if this is the case the ticket will be issued manually as soon as possible depending on opening hours, holidays etc.
