I have not received my ticket – what should I do?
First of all you should always check if your tickets have been issued at www.tripcase.com.
If there are no e-ticket numbers found you should contact KILROY according to these rules:
* If you bought your ticket from one of our shops and the ticket is not issued as agreed with your travel consultant, you should contact her/him as soon as possible.
* If you bought your ticket online it will normally be issued automatically within one hour from you finalized your payment. In rare cases the tickets can't be issued automatically and if this is the case the ticket will be issued manually as soon as possible depending on opening hours, holidays etc. but normally always within 24 hours.
