How and when do I receive my e-ticket?

All tickets are electronic (e-tickets) and physical tickets on paper no longer exist. Normally we will send you an e-ticket receipt by e-mail when your e-tickets have been issued. If you did not receive the e-ticket, please check your spam-folder as the mail sometimes ends up there. Should you not receive such an e-mail you should always check your online itinerary at where you also have access to your e-ticket details.

I have not received my ticket – what should I do?
First of all you should always check if your tickets have been issued at, and please also check your spam-folder.

If there are no e-ticket numbers found you should contact KILROY according to these rules:

* If you bought your ticket from one of our shops and the ticket is not issued as agreed with your travel consultant, you should contact her/him as soon as possible.
* If you bought your ticket online it will normally be issued automatically within one hour from your finalized payment. In rare cases the tickets can't be issued automatically and if this is the case the ticket will be issued manually as soon as possible depending on opening hours, holidays etc.

If you still do not see any ticket numbers at you should contact KILROY using the Online Contact Form.
