What is my own responsibility on a trip?

It is your own responsibility to check that all travellers in your booking have all required visas and travel permits as well as valid passports for the required period by the countries you visit.
Many countries require that passports are valid for 6 months after you leave the country. You will also have to ensure that you have required vaccinations and oblige to other standards set by official authorities. You should always check with the embassy of the countries you wish to visit what the requirements are.
For instance, it is required to have a travel insurance to enter Cuba, and if you live at a farm or have visited a farm recently there might be special issues you will have to consider when visiting some countries, such as Australia.

You should of course be a "responsible traveller" by being open-minded and represent you and your country well.

Do I need to reconfirm my flight ticket?
Reconfirmation of flights is not necessary, however it is advised to check-in online.
But it is extremely necessary that you check your flight schedule on www.tripcase.com for schedule changes. Airlines frequently change departure and arrival times.
