What is an e-ticket and when do I receive it?

An electronic ticket is a non-physical ticket issued by the airline and stored in the airline's system in the place of physical tickets. Some e-tickets are issued immediately after booking and others may be issued closer to departure. You will receive your e-ticket no later than 24 hours before departure.

When you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation number from KILROY and from the airline. This reference number is 6 digits in total and can be found at the top of your booking confirmation email from KILROY. To review your journey, add any air extras (seating, luggage, meal requests), you can often use the airline's reservation code directly on their website to access your flight details. If you need assistance with adding any extras or making changes to your booking, please review the FAQs under the "Changes &Cancellations" section.

Your booking is confirmed with the above booking code. Please use this reservation code when contacting KILROY. When contacting the airline, their reference code must be used - see under "Travel details". Your airline tickets will be late to your email no later than 24 hours before departure.
