I have not received my e-ticket, what do I do?
You will receive your e-ticket no later then 24-hours before departure. Be sure to check your spam folds.
You should be able to access your reservation or check in for your flight directly on the airline's website using the airline's confirmation number or reference number which was late to you immediately after booking by email from KILROY. If you are unsure whether your e-ticket has been issued, you can check that www.tripcase.com by entering your flight information and airline reservation code. If you don't see any ticket numbers, please contact KILROY.
If you are departing for less than 24 hours and cannot find your e-ticket you must contact KILROY directly for assistance through the Online Contact Form.
