The name on my ticket is wrong - what do I do?
You will have to contact us immediately if your name is not spelled correctly on your booking.
If your name has been slightly misspelled (typo error) you should contact us and we will do everything we can to get this corrected (a fee will be charged).
To contact us about a name change or alteration, use our chatbot located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Completing your request through the chatbot will help expedite our service.
- Click on the chat bot found in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
- Click "Prepare my trip"
- Click "Flight info"
- Indicate whether your flight departs within 3 days so we can prioritize your request
- Click "Modify my booking"
- Click "Change name"
- Complete form
- Submit request
