Priority Package for flight tickets – what if I bought one and what if I didn’t?
If you bought a Priority Package, we can assist with the registration of frequent flyer cards, request special meals for the flights when available and help with the transport of special luggage (bicycles, skis, surf boards, golf bags, etc.).
Please note that some airlines charge an extra service fee and this will have to be paid by the customer. If you didn't buy the Priority Package when you booked your flight, you can purchase it afterwards.
If you did not purchase the Priority Package, you are responsible for making additional requests for your booking. If you would like KILROY's assistance with your requests, you can always add on the Priority Package after purchase. You may also be able to manage some aspects of your booking directly through the airline's website, using your airline's reference code and last name.
