I need to cancel my tour or package – can I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your tour, activity or expedition always contact KILROY as soon as possible. If you need to cancel outside KILROY's opening hours and at the very last moment you should contact the tour operator directly.
Each KILROY partner has their own unique rules regarding changes and cancellations. Because of this, there is no general answer as it varies depending on the operator as well as the specific terms of your booking. We highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules and restrictions of your booking before completing the purchase.
