Spelling mistake in name: The name on my ticket is wrong – what do I do?

You will have to contact KILROY immediately if your name is not correctly spelled on your e-ticket. But you should be aware that a change of name is considered a cancellation by the airlines as a ticket purchase is considered 'final' once the e-ticket has been paid. This means that in many cases you cannot change the name or get a refund and thus in worst case you will have to buy a new ticket.
