Service package for online flight tickets – what if I bought one and what if I didn’t?
If you bought a Service Package KILROY can assist you with registration of frequent flyer cards (bonus cards), request special meals for the flights when available and help with transport of special luggage (bicycles, skis, surf boards etc.).
Please note that some airlines charge an extra service fee and this will have to be paid additionally by the customer. If you did not buy the Service Package when you booked your flight, you can purchase it afterwards if you use the Online Contact Form.
